Placing Orders:
Return to the Home Page of this site and follow the step-by-step process to place your order starting with "View Catalogs/Shop". Orders can also be placed by phone or mail. We can ship your order to your home, school or business. Please provide your FIRST NAME and LAST NAME and indicate the name of your school (or business) if shipping to these locations. No minimum order required. Order one item or a bunch, for an individual or groups.
Payment:
Modern Process Company accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover/Novus, American Express/Optima. We're sorry, but we cannot accept the Postal Uniform Allowance Card for payment of your order. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. There will be a $20.00 charge for any bounced check or credit card chargeback.

Sales Tax:
A Sales Tax of 6% is charged for all orders shipped to Michigan. There is no sales tax for orders shipped to all other states or territories.
Delivery:
Delivery time on most orders is 1 - 2 weeks after we receive your order and payment.
Shipping & Handling Charges:
For total purchases of $0 - $30.00, the charge is $5.00 additional. For total purchases of $30.01 - $100.00, the charge is $8.00 additional. For total purchases of $100.01 or greater, the charge is $10.00 additional.
Returns & Exchanges:
PLEASE NOTE: WASHED OR WORN GARMENTS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED OVER 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF PURCHASE. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. A return/exchange form will be located on the back side of your invoice with your order. Lost your invoice? Laundry Care:
Before Washing - PLEASE TRY ON ALL GARMENTS TO VERIFY THE SIZE. We recommend washing all garments inside out in cold water to preserve the print and minimize pilling. Drying - minimize drying on High Heat. Any garment left in a hot dryer for an extended time will shrink.
